Terms of Service

Zahrex helps online merchants run their business: discover products, build stores and landing pages, create ad creatives, launch and manage advertising campaigns, manage orders and deliveries, and answer customers from one inbox for Facebook Messenger, Instagram and WhatsApp. Some features use artificial intelligence to generate content; you are responsible for reviewing generated content before you publish it.

• You must be at least 18 years old and give accurate information.
• Keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for everything done through your account and by the team members you invite.
• Tell us immediately at privacy@zahrex.com if you think your account has been compromised.

• When you connect Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts, WhatsApp Business numbers, ad accounts, stores or delivery services, you confirm you are authorized to manage them and you allow Zahrex to access them on your behalf, only to provide the features you use.
• You must comply with the terms and policies of each connected platform, including the Meta Platform Terms, Meta Commercial Terms, WhatsApp Business Policy, Instagram Community Guidelines and Meta Advertising Standards.
• When you message your customers through Zahrex, you are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact them, for respecting their opt-outs, and for following each platform's messaging rules (for example the 24-hour messaging window and the one-private-reply-per-comment limit).
• You can disconnect any connected account at any time from the Apps page.

You must not use the Service to:

• send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or deceptive or harassing content;
• sell illegal, counterfeit or prohibited products, or run misleading advertising;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
• attempt to access other organizations' data, disrupt the Service, or reverse-engineer it;
• scrape, resell or misuse data obtained through the Service or through connected platforms.

You keep all rights to the content and data you put into Zahrex. You give us a limited licence to host, process and display it only to provide the Service to you. For your customers' personal data, you are the controller and Zahrex processes it on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy (https://www.zahrex.com/privacy-policy).

• Some features require a paid plan or Zahrex Credits. Prices are shown in the dashboard before you buy.
• Payments are processed by our payment provider. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in the dashboard.
• Purchased credits do not expire. Monthly plan allowances reset each billing period and are not carried over.
• Purchases made through Zahrex with third parties (such as domain names or advertising spend) are also subject to those third parties' terms.

We work to keep the Service available and secure, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Features that depend on third-party platforms (such as Meta) may change or stop if those platforms change their rules or access. We may update the Service and these Terms; if a change to these Terms is significant, we will notify you before it applies.

You can stop using the Service and delete your organization at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or a connected platform's policies, or that puts the Service or other users at risk. After closure, data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion page (https://www.zahrex.com/data-deletion).

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Zahrex is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses caused by third-party platforms, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Casablanca, unless mandatory law in your country gives you other rights.
